Fellows work full-time in the broad array of organizations, agencies, and institutions – at all levels and in all sectors – whose work focuses on the issues that have an impact on the education and well-being of children and youth. Each year, employing organizations work with EPFP Coordinators to identify individuals for participation in the state site programs. Each Fellow's employing organization pays the program fee, plus travel costs associated with the national meeting, and provides the release time necessary for participation in all program activities.
